All is one. One is all. We are all interconnected.  We are fields of Energy existing in a greater field of Energy. Does any of this sound familiar, you’ve heard it before in one way or another?

So did I.

But what to do?  Really, isn’t that the question worth the most struggle?  It’s all theory until we can put it into practice.  But… how do we put it into practice?

We’re living in spiritually charged times undergoing  massive shifts of Energy.  Many teachers and healers are aware of this, and regardless of who they are or what they say, the energy of those messages are all the same.  It’s time to consciously create, and co-create with the Universe and Source Energy.  It’s time to allow ourselves to be empowered in ways that we have not yet experienced.  If we choose to, that is…

I’ve had a wonderful  life so far.  I’ve been a soldier during times of war.  And peace.  I’ve loved and lost, only to love and live again.  I’ve lived overseas in the west and the east.  I’ve been falsely imprisoned in a foreign country for what I believe in, refusing to lie when that would have been an easy way out.  I’ve almost died three times.  I’m a father, a son, a husband, a brother, an uncle, a nephew.

I didn’t come to these universal messages of love and learning easily.  At all.   Let’s just say I discounted the minutiae and had to allow Source Energy to bang my head against a few walls, ok- many walls,  to give it my attention.  After the dust settled, I realized how blessed I am, and how blessed we all are for being here, now.  And then I allowed the real blessings to flow into and through my life.

I’d like to share those blessings with you.  These are my tips, advice, and modalities to shift your own Energy so that you too may begin (or continue!) living your own blessed life!
